A high-pressure low-temperature electrolysis cell (LTE) is a device that allows for low-temperature electrolysis to be tested at high pressures. High pressure LTE operation can reduce operating costs, as it is more efficient to produce electrochemically pressurized hydrogen compared to using downstream mechanical compressors. In addition, high pressure hydrogen has a higher energy density, which can either increase a plant’s capacity or reduce its footprint.

Titanium Flow Field Plates
Our Titanium Flow Field Plates are based on US design with the triple serpentine pattern. They are manufactured with cutting edge technology with custom made Cutting tools specially designed and manufactured. We provide a challenging Surface levelness and Parallelism of 20 microns.
The Anode and Cathode are plated with Platinum and Gold respectively for corrosion protection and good electrical contact.
Current Collector
Our current collectors are made of OFHC (Oxygen Free High Conductivity) Copper, machined and Plated with Gold for better conductivity.
End Plates
The End plates are made of 316 Stainless Steel or Anodized Aluminum machined to get the flatness and parallelism within 20.
